Rustic Four-Bell Tabletop Set with Stand & Striker

Rustic Four-Bell Tabletop Set with Stand & Striker

A pre-owned set of four rustic metal bells, varying in size and suspended from a curved black metal arch on a wooden base. Their multi-toned, bronze-toned and dark weathered finish gives the set a distinctive decorative character for a shelf, mantel or meditation space.

Supplied with a matching striker, also described as a gong stick. The existing sound assessment describes a clear, layered, chime-like resonance with a warm sustain when the bells are struck.

The maker, age and country of manufacture have not been established. The bells and frame are metal, with a solid wooden base; the precise metal alloy is unconfirmed.
