Mota was an exceptionally skilled artisan celebrated for working alongside and executing designs for the internationally renowned master silversmith Antonio Pineda.

This substantial piece features Mota's iconic structural half-moon link pattern, beautifully accentuating a series of round, vibrant purple amethyst cabochons. Good, honest vintage condition showing beautiful signs of a well-loved life.

• Silver: Displays a natural, rich patina throughout which beautifully highlights the deep geometric lines of the design. Light surface scuffs and minor superficial dents consistent with age and careful wear. Original patina left intact — most collectors prefer this historical character, but it could easily be polished to a high shine if desired.
• Amethysts: Gorgeous deep purple hue. Under close inspection, tiny “flea bite” chips are present along the bezel edges of most stones. Only a select few are visible to the naked eye; the majority are only noticeable under magnification and do not detract from the striking beauty when worn.
• Hardware: Integrated box clasp clicks together securely. Original silver safety chain is fully intact.
